Sign-up is required for community outs and cooking events. (Client name, staff name, and phone number are required.)

Please make sure to sign up for COOKING activities that you would like to participate in as there are no day of activity sign-ups. This is to ensure we have enough supplies for everyone who would like to participate.

*Activities w/ fees must be paid before participating.

*Cooking class fees are to be paid two days before class and will not be refunded if the class is missed, as the fee goes towards supplies.

• If you are unable to attend, please call and cancel.
• If you are sick, please stay home.
• If there is an activity you just don’t want to miss, let us know, and we will try to help.
