Our community center is open to the community, and you do not need to receive services through Hearts & Hands of Care to participate or visit.

Sign-up is required for ALL Activities – (Name and phone number are required.)

There are no day-of-activity sign-ups. This is to ensure we have enough supplies for everyone who would like to participate & we know who to expect for our outings.

*Activities w/ fees must be paid before participating.

*Cooking class fees are to be paid two days before class and will not be refunded if the class is missed, as the fee goes towards supplies.

• If you are unable to attend, please call and cancel.
• If you are sick, please stay home.
• If there is an activity you just don’t want to miss, let us know, and we will try to help.
