Cinnamon Rolls

Our cinnamon rolls came out so delicious that we thought we’d share the recipe with everyone so you can do it at home too!

Dough Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 Tbsp white sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

3 Tbsp butter, softened (Optional)

¾ cup milk

1 egg

Filling Ingredients:

½ cup white sugar

½ cup brown sugar

1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Frosting Ingredients:

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

4 ounces cream cheese, softened (Optional)

¼ cup butter softened

½ tsp vanilla extract

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2
Mix your dry dough ingredients together in a bowl.
Using a fork or your hands work in the soften butter with the flour mixture.
Using a blender or mixer beat milk and eggs together in a separate bowl. Then fold in the dry ingredients.

Step 3
Roll dough on a floured work surface until it’s 1/4” thick. Brush the surface with 2 Tbsp of melted butter.

Step 4
Whisk 1/2 cup white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a small bowl.

Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon sugar mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining mixture over the butter-brushed dough.

Step 5

Roll dough around filling to form a log; cut log into 18 rolls and place rolls on parchment paper.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until rolls have risen.

Step 6
While the rolls bake, make the cream cheese topping by mixing all ingredients until the frosting is smooth. Top the warm rolls with the frosting.
