Chore
Our Chore services are here to provide consumers with laundry, meny planning, grocery shopping and light house keeping.
Respite
We offer Respite services to ensure the safety and well-being of the client, provide client care and supervision that the parent or guardian would normally provide.
Care Coordination
Our Care Coordinators are responsible to the consumer and acts as the primary advocate for them. They support individuals in meeting their life goals as directed by the consumer.
Hearts & Hands of Care Inc Program serves Alaskan families in Anchorage or away from home for medical reasons. The Kadijah Program
- Assists children and adults with complex medical conditions and developmental disabilities
- Provides short-term supports to help avoid crisis and keep the family stable
- Keeps the services family-focused
- Listens to families, supports and assists them in advocating for their family

Our Coordinator is a parent of a child with special needs. There is no charge to families for Kadijah Mini Grant Services

CPR/AED with First Aid Training
Gain the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent, recognize and provide basic care for injuries and sudden illnesses. Learn how to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies until advanced medical personnel arrive.
Requirements
Personal care services eligible for Medicaid reimbursement are those provided through our program, which is operated statewide in Alaska through the Personal Care Assistant Program. These services enable functionally disabled Alaskans of all ages, and frail elderly Alaskans, to live in their home or community, instead of being placed in a more costly and restrictive long-term care institution.

Private Pay/Insurance
We offer private pay to those consumers who can finance their own care. We accept VISA, Mastercard and checks for payment.


Residential Habilitation
Hearts & Hands of Care Inc. provides an array of supported living services inclusive of community living skills assessments, family habilitation services, supported living, and in-home support. HHC staff provide directed skill-building activities to ensure consumers are gaining community living skills or maintaining acquired skills. The emphasis of residential habilitation services is to ensure that consumers are living the life they choose in their home community.. Supported Employment
Hearts & Hands of Care Inc. provides long term job coaching assistance for individuals who require support to maintain their employment. Job Coaches conduct task analytical skill training to ensure consumers are performing their jobs to the satisfaction of their employers. Day Habilitation
Day Habilitation Services are provided as a means for individuals with developmental disabilities to explore their communities through the use of leisure and recreational activities. Day Habilitation specialists are matched with consumers who share simiar interests.
