Employees who work 30 hours or more per week in a regularly scheduled position are eligible for Hearts & Hands of Care Inc.'s benefit package. The package includes health and life insurance. Benefits become more extensive with longevity. See below for more details.
The first of the month after 90 days in a benefit-eligible position, employees are eligible for
- Health insurance, includes medical, dental and prescription coverage
- Life insurance, $15,000-$25,000
- Hearts & Hands of Care pays 40% of all premiums for benefit-eligible employees; employees can add depentendes onto their health insurance the first year at their own cost.
